  • How long will it take to have my website live?

    Around 4 weeks, however, this hinges on how quickly website content is provided by you. Please let us know if you have a hard launch date so we can best accommodate you.

  • Will you maintain my site for me?

    Absolutely, we'll take care of the hosting/domain/SSL/server usage costs and make any website changes you may need

  • Will my site be mobile friendly?

    Of course, all of our websites are fully responsive to work on mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers

  • When do I pay?

    After website mock-ups are approved, Web Undefined requests 50% of the build cost, and the other 50% on the day of website launch

  • Who writes the content for the site?

    Usually that's you, no one knows your business/project better than you do. That being said, we are always happy to help with content writing if needed.

  • What's SEO?

    SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization, meaning how well your site ranks in online searches. This applies to how quickly your website shows up and how easy it is for people to find you while using search engines.
